The purpose of the Steering Committee is to oversee activities necessary to develop and implement a comprehensive plan. There are many complex issues and topics that are being discussed by the participants of this project. The Steering Committee is there to ensure that participation is civilized, open to all viewpoints and that the process remains on schedule and within budget.
